What exactly is the Choral Parent Organization, and what do they do?
The Choral Parent Organization supports the Vocal Music Department, teachers and students, through fundraising and volunteer efforts.
Parent Meeting Schedule:
Meetings are held in the choir room at 7pm
May 17 - Vocal Banquet
Our biggest fundraisers include:
- Wreath Sales
- Show Choir Invitational - March 4-5
Each of these fundraisers have been very successful for us because of the great volunteer efforts from our parents and students.
Other fun volunteer opportunities include:
- Hand out programs at concerts
- Work the ticket booth at major concerts
- Working the apparel sales tables at games and concerts
- Supply food for various activities
- Help sew costumes for show choir
If any of these sound like something you would be interested in, please contact any Board member.
Jefferson Choral Parents Auxiliary Invites you to become a Patron of Jefferson Choral…
Jefferson’s Choral Department has long been recognized as one of the top high school choral programs in musical ability, creativity, academics, and leadership. You can help support this deserving group of young musicians by becoming a Friend of Jefferson Choral. Your donation will help with ongoing choral expenses, such as helping offset program fees, costumes, choreographers, clinicians, student awards, transportation to competitions and clinics. By completing the form (download below) you are helping to support the musical enrichment of the students and directors of Jefferson’s Choral Ensembles.
The Jefferson High School Choral Parent Auxiliary thanks you for providing the much needed financial support that enables J-Hawk vocalists to continue the tradition of musical excellence.
